Brooklyn record stores?
Anyone out there record shop in Brooklyn? Where do you go?

There's Ear Wax, in the little mall at Bedford and N 5th, and Stooz at Bedford and N 11th - both Williamsburg. Ear Wax is a little snotty but has good selection. Stooz is pretty darned good.
If you walk down N.6 toward the river, toward, um, North Six, there's another record shop on the left a few blocks before you get to Galapagos....
Mike - Sound Fix in Williamsburg is where I go. It's much better than Ear Wax. It's on North 11th and Bedford. While it's maybe not quite as good as the snooty/snotty Other Musique, they've got amazing instores all the time in the coffee shop/bar/internet cafe that's attached to the store.
Don't know about you, but lately I've been guilty of going in to record stores and writing down titles in my notebook. Which I later download, of course. Shameful, I know.
